Telesales Executive, Commercial Property – £80k

A relatively new name in the commercial property market, our client is building a successful team representing tenants when they move office. From identification of the right space to design of the office and beyond, they’re making a name for themselves as a name to be trusted in the Project Management world.


Our client is a Project Management business, with offices in London and Buckinghamshire, that is part of a larger group. They work hard to help their clients control office move costs whilst getting the right workspace in the right area.


Your day-to-day work involves calling senior decision-makers responsible for the buildings and interiors at companies across the UK. You’ll need to establish credibility quickly and then open up your potential clients to share information with you about their property plans. If their need matches the service you offer, you’ll be expected to book appointments for your more senior colleagues to meet them face-to-face. In summary, contact the right person, establish credibility, probe to uncover needs and book appointments once needs have been qualified. This is 100% outbound calling role and your success is based on how many good meetings you book.

Knowledge: You need to know our client’s market, commercial property fit out and / or commercial agency, well and have a track record of successful outbound calling to senior decision-makers; you should know London and the Home Counties well. Your knowledge and experience mean that you can be booking appointments immediately.
