Sales Executive, Commercial Property – £45k

They’re now looking to grow their telesales team; if you have telesales or telemarketing experience, particularly cold outbound calls in a B2B environment, they’d like to meet you. It’s your role to find new clients, companies that are looking for a new office in London. Whether small companies or large, the services you offer can help them decide on the best location and size of office and, once decided, help them find the right space for their teams. Working from a commercial property database of qualified contacts, you’ll be calling them to check on their property plans; if they’re looking for a move or for advice on whether to stay or move, you will book a face-to-face meeting for one of your surveyors to meet the client to discuss the potential move options in more detail. Find the right people, qualify their needs and book meetings for your team. Do that well and you’ll build yourself into a great role with plenty of role to progress.
The Sales Talent Matrix: Does this sound like you?
Knowledge: 12 months’+ telesales experience, preferably in a B2B telemarketing or telesales role making outbound calls; an interest in property is helpful but not 100% necessary.
Attitude: You should be hard-working, willing to learn, positive, enthusiastic, and happy to take responsibility for your own performance.
Skills: Good telesales or telemarketing skills; polished, professional phone manner; good questioning skills and a keen ear for listening to detail in answers; experience in using a sales CRM is helpful.
Habits: Well-organised, punctual, hard-working and well presented.
On offer is a salary of £22-28,000pa (depending on experience) with a commission structure giving on target earnings of £40-45,000pa in your first year.
