Investment Consultant, Property – £100k

As one of the best companies in their marketplace, our client has some of the most attractive property investments in the UK to sell to their clients. Only a few years old but already respected and successful, they’re looking to grow their team and want to hire an outstanding, professional salesperson who knows how to sell property investments to investors.
This role is focused on speaking to private investors looking to invest their money in UK property, with a focus on off-plan properties in some of the best city centre locations across the country. With plenty of warm leads, your role is to call your potential clients to introduce yourself and to find out their needs. Why are they buying? Why now? Have they invested before? The more you understand their current investment position and their plans, the better you can help them invest in the right properties from your exclusive and market-leading range of opportunities.
You take them from first call to a buying decision and then stay close to them for their future investments.
The Sales Talent Matrix: Does this sound like you?
Knowledge: You know how to sell professionally and consultatively over the phone; you have sold financial products and services before and, preferably, you have sold investment property; you have a close and ongoing interest in the worlds of investment and property, you are comfortable and fluent discussing the relative merits of different kinds of property investment.
Attitude: Positive, professional and enthusiastic, you’re happy to get on with your work without supervision but also enjoy being part of a sociable team. You know that the biggest factor in your success is your own attitude and work hard to bring the right one to work each day.
Skills: Proven sales skills, particularly over the phone, selling consultatively to High Net Worth Individuals; excellent spoken and written English; strong organisation skills; good customer service; the ability to work alone productively whilst keeping your colleagues updated.
Habits: You’re a professional and have habits to suit: punctual, well-prepared, organised and hard-working.
